Vitamin B Deficiency

Speaker: Davis Brockenshire, DC

B vitamins play a critical role in cellular metabolism, energy production, and the functioning of the nervous system. They typically require metabolic conversion in the body to their active forms for various biochemical reactions. The efficiency of this conversion can be affected by factors like genetics, age, lifestyle, and health conditions.

To navigate this complex issue, this Clinical Power Hour explores the concept of activated, or coenzyme forms of B vitamins, which are pre-converted and ready for immediate use by the body, bypassing the need for internal conversion.
