Our professional-grade supplements are sold exclusively to healthcare practitioners. Please consult with your healthcare practitioner, so that they may place an order for you. 

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and therefore have set up our system to send all orders through to our fulfillment department right away. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to amend your order (including modifying items and shipping address) once it has been placed.

If you’d still like to make a change, we will try our best to cancel your original order and help you reorder instead. If you’d like to cancel your order, please call Customer Service at (800) 662-9134 within one (1) hour of placing your original order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that during busy periods, requests by email may not be handled within the cancellation time frame.

Yes! Simply place an order for your patient, and we take care of fulfillment and shipping for you with no handling fees. Shipping is a flat rate of $12.95 for orders under $300. For orders over $300, shipping is free. We do not include invoices or pricing in drop-ship packages.

All orders over $300 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $300 are charged a $12.95 flat-rate shipping fee.

Orders placed before 2:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Pacific Time and on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

We ship our orders via UPS and USPS. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days. Nationwide shipping delays may impact your estimated delivery date.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to destinations outside of the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update. If you don’t receive tracking information, please email ship@aduco.com.

We stand behind our products 100%, therefore we choose not to resell returned items. As such, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. Please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us within five (5) days of delivery. Photos of damaged goods and packaging may be needed to make a claim with the shipping carrier.

Claims for shortages, incorrect items, and damages must be made within five (5) days of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

While our products are not certified organic, our product partners source from farmers or vendors that adhere to organic growing methods whenever possible. All products go through third party lab testing to ensure the absence of pesticides, herbicides, solvents, and heavy metals.

All our products list either the expiration date or manufacture date. The shelf life of our products ranges from 12 to 24 months from the date of manufacture. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information on a specific product.

Sometimes the color of a product can change based on from where the ingredients are sourced and depending on the season in which specific plants were grown. However, the quality and integrity of all our products remains the same.

Dosage will vary for each product and for every individual. All general dosing information is listed on the product label.
